Sale and Purchase resulted in $30,000 real estate commission rebate for our client

Our client from Hawaii who listed his town  home in Culver City for sale with 1% listing agent commission successfully closed the sale at $505,000 realizing transaction savings cost of $15,000 consisting of commission savings of $12,625 and $2500 savings from Bayside Escrow who gives our clients a flat $500 fee on escrow services.

Upon closing this deal and learning about our Realtor Commission rebate, we assisted him in purchasing a beautiful condominium in the heart San Francisco at 170 King St.

Upon closing this transaction he received a realtor’s commission rebate in amount of $15,000. This rebate was done in escrow and as a result did not trigger any tax consequences or 1099 forms issued to the seller.

Altogether this client realized savings of $30,000 and referred us another client from Hawaii who listed the condominium on Larrabee St in West Hollywood

We just listed a cozy and quiet 1 bedroom unit – 312 S. Miraleste drv #90. It has a beautiful canyon and pica boo ocean view and is very quiet! We listed it at competitive price of $285,000 and had well over 30 showings in the first week?

Our other listing, a 2b/2.5ba unit at 316 S. Miraleste #122 is scheduled to close on September 18. There was 1 week  delay on buyers part with getting appraisal from Kinecta Federal Credit union. TO compensate seller for the delay we asked Escrow to prepare a $60 Per Diem credit from buyer to seller amendment.
